WSU, Pullman Public Schools on time Wednesday despite intense flooding Tuesday night

Flood waters inundated the Palouse Tuesday night, completely covering roads and filling many homes and businesses with 2-3 feet of water.

Most of the water receded by Wednesday morning, but left debris scattered across some roads and many buildings damaged.

Despite the flooding, WSU’s Pullman campus and Pullman Public Schools will start on time Wednesday morning.
