TUCSON, Ariz. — The Washington State Cougars beat the Arizona Wildcats 31-20 in Tucson on Saturday.

WSU quarterback Cameron Ward finished the game with 203 yards and a touchdown. Arizona quarterback and former WSU QB Jayden de Laura threw for 357 yards and a touchdown, but four interceptions.

WSU running back Nakia Watson rushed for 56 yards and also scored a touchdown.

The Cougs now move to 7-4 on the season, and will face the No. 15 ranked Washington Huskies in Martin Stadium for the Apple Cup on Saturday, November 26.
