A two vehicle collision leaves a 68-year-old Royal City woman dead.

Isidra Romero-Ramos was the passenger in a 1998 Honda Civic driven by Loldgario Romero. They were traveling on Adams Road North when Ricardo Perez-Apolonia collided with Romero.

Romero-Ramos was pronounced dead at the scene, and her body is now undergoing an autopsy in the care of Coroner Craig Morrison.

Romero sustained head injuries and has been transferred to Confluence Health-Central Washington Hospital in Wenatchee. Perez-Apolonio suffered minor injuries and was taken to Quincy Valley Medical Center.

All those involved were wearing their seatbelts, and alcohol and drugs did not contribute to this collision.
