Phillipe is about to graduate high school and plans to go to college.

SPOKANE, Wash. —  

Meet Phillipe in this week’s Wednesday’s Child. He’s athletic, loves to cook, and is about to graduate high school with plans to continue on to college. The only thing he needs now is a loving family.
