Wednesday’s Child: Jessy

Jessy has a way of putting a smile on everyone’s face.

We took the Chuck E. Cheese by storm. Jessy and I had the run of the place!

He gravitated toward the racing games. Nascar is his favorite game of all time.

While he likes video games, he also likes being active, although he admits he may not be the most coordinated or athletic kid around.

Once, he went to kick a soccer ball and totally missed it, going up in the air.

“It was awful,” he said.

He broke his leg but after a cast and a boot, he’s all healed up.

Jessy is a funny 12-year-old, with some interesting tastes.

His favorite food is pork chops. He is favorite dessert is ice cream cake. He likes sweets, especially butterfingers. But he has learned an important lesson.

“Do not eat too much candy, or you will barf,” he said.

Jessy is a sweet, caring boy who wants a kind family. With a dog.

He promises to treat them as he wants to be treated. With respect and honesty.

A very important part of Jessy’s life is his grandma who lives in the Spokane area. They see each other often.

“We color, play games, and talk,” said Jessy.

Jessy told me when he grows up, he wants to move her in with him, and take care of her.

He’s only 12. He has lots of growing up to do, and needs a patient family, committed to helping Jessy reach his full potential.
