Wednesday clouds: all bark and no bite – Kris
It might look like it’s about to rain on Wednesday, but those clouds are just passing through. Our near record-dry spring continues with no meaningful rain in sight. As a system cruises by to our north on Wednesday, it will drag high and mid-level across the area. There’s a chance of a few light showers along the Canadian border. Despite the overcast, our high temperatures will warm into the lower 70s.
Our warming trend continues on Thursday and right on into the weekend. A ridge of high pressure will build over the area through the start of next week. Expect sunshine and temperatures in the lower 80s by Sunday.
