Washington State climbs to No. 10 in AP poll, No. 11 in Coaches Poll

Washington State comes in at No. 10 in Sunday’s release of the AP Top 25 poll for college football, and No. 11 in the Coaches Poll.

After another crazy week of college football where 10 ranked teams lost, the Cougars jumped four spots from last week, and are still the highest-ranked PAC12 team after their 41-38 win over No. 24 Stanford.

This is their best ranking since October of 2017, when they were No. 8.

They are also one of just two ranked Pac12 teams, as the Utah Utes moved up to No. 16 after a win over UCLA, but Stanford, Washington and Oregon all fell out of the Top 25 after week eight losses.
