Wallace Blues Festival rescheduled for next summer

WALLACE, Idaho — The Wallace Blues Festival will be postponed until next summer, organizers said Friday.

In a post to Facebook, organizers cited circumstances surrounding COVID-19 as the reason for rescheduling. The festival will now take place on July 9, 10, and 11 of 2021.

“We felt like this was the best thing to do to keep our attendees, musicians, volunteers, and neighbors safe during these unprecedented times,” it reads in the post.

There are three refund options for those who have already purchased a ticket. You should receive an email in the next few days with the option for a full refund.

You also have the option to roll over your ticket to next year’s festival. Or, you can donate your full ticket amount to the Wallace District Arts Council, which puts on the event each year.

Those donations will go directly to support local musicians, it reads in the post.

There will still be several pop-up shows throughout the summer. You can keep track of them here.
