Vote now to decide Spokane’s next official city flag
SPOKANE, Wash. — Voting has now opened for Spokane’s next flag! The Spokane Flag Commission has narrowed down more than 400 designs for Spokane’s next flag to just 12 selections, and they need your votes.
The committee has been working to revamp the charming-but-woefully-outdated city flag since it came together in 2019.
“While it’s been a long road getting to this point, we’re incredibly excited to let the public make the final choice,” said commission chair Joshua Hiller. “It was amazing to see how much interest there was from both Spokane and abroad to design a new flag, and it was a hard choice to narrow down to just 12 finalists – there were dozens of incredible designs, but we think this set offers a diverse group of options.”
The Spokane Flag Commission has opened voting for the new Spokane Flag! Voting is open to all City of Spokane and…
Voting is ranked-choice, meaning you pick your #1 choice, followed by #2, #3 and so on down to #12. You must pick at least four flags before submitting your vote.
