SPOKANE, Wash. — Are you good with a hammer? How about a screw gun? Whether you’re an expert or if you’ve never even hung a picture, Habitat wants your help!
Every week, Habitat for Humanity works to build homes with the help of volunteers. It needs help this week on its Deer Park construction site.
Habitat is looking for volunteers for any shift for the following days:
-Wednesday, January 24
-Thursday, January 25th
-Friday, January 26th
-Wednesday, January 31
-Thursday, February 1
-Friday, February 16
Shifts are 8:30am to noon or 12:30pm to 4:30pm each of the above days.
There is even a van pool shuttle that runs from the Habitat for Humanity store at 1805 E Trent, to the construction site. It leaves at 7:30am and returns at 5pm each day.
