The Pullman School District originally sent the following alert to families:
Due to a gas leak at Sunnyside Elementary, Avista has requested that we keep all staff and students out of the building. All Sunnyside buses will be diverted to Lincoln Middle School. We are asking that, if possible, parents dropping off students take them to LMS rather than Sunnyside. Any students walking to Sunnyside or already at Sunnyside will be bussed to LMS. We will release updates as we receive more information. If you have any questions, please call the district office at 509-332-3581.
