University of Idaho to announce nineteenth president

The University of Idaho will be announcing its nineteenth president on Thursday, April 11.

This decision has come about following an inclusive selection process.

Current finalists for the position, as announced by the Idaho State Board of Education:

Dean of Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications and Vice Provost
Arizona State University

Diane Chase
Executive Vice President and Provost
University of Nevada, Las Vegas

Scott Green
Global Chief Operating and Financial Officer
Hogan Lovells

Elizabeth Spiller
Dean, College of Letters and Science
University of California, Davis

Paul Tikalsky
Dean, College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology
Oklahoma State University

Each finalist has participated in meetings with university faculty, staff and community leaders, as well as the Search Screening Committee, led by the Idaho State Board of Education.
