U.S. Air Force Band coming to Inland Northwest in October
INLAND NORTHWEST — The United States Air Force Band and Singing Sergeants from Washington, D.C. will be performing in the Inland Northwest this October.
They will be on a 12-day tour across Idaho, Washington and Oregon. The community relations tour honors those who have served and are serving in the Air Force. It also celebrates the 75th anniversary of the United States Air Force.
The first concert will be at the Fox Theater in downtown Spokane at 3 p.m. On October 17, they will travel to Harrison, Idaho, to perform at Kootenai Jr Sr High School at 7 p.m. They will also make their way to Walla Walla and Yakima on October 18 and 19. The tour wraps up in Oregon on October 27.
“After the last few years of pandemic isolation, I’m really looking forward to traveling and connecting with live audiences across the United States once again,” Senior Master Sergeant Matt Nudell said. “I’m also honored to stand in front of this incredible ensemble whose members represent the best of the United States Air Force.”
All concerts are free and open to the public.
