Threat puts Moscow hospital on lockdown, scene cleared
MOSCOW, Idaho — A threat made by phone shut down the Gritman Medical Center in Moscow, Idaho, Wednesday afternoon.
The threat was reported at 1:25 p.m. and forced the hospital to lock down.
Moscow Police, Moscow Fire, and Gritman staff members completed a sweep of the building after the threat made mention of a potentially hazardous device somewhere in the facility. The building was cleared by 3:20 p.m.
Moscow Police are actively investigating the source of the threat with assistance from Gritman staff.
