The sunny, warm weather is slowly slipping away -Kris

SPOKANE, Wash. — It was a shame to see the sun go down on a GORGEOUS Tuesday.  Skies were clear for most of the day and highs reached close to 50°.  Dry, easy-going winter weather will continue for Wednesday, but expect a few more clouds, and it will be a bit cooler too. Highs will top out in the upper 30s and lower 40s.

Wednesday Day Planner

Our next chance of wet weather moves in Thursday night with the possibility of rain and snow through Friday. For the weekend, a stronger, wetter storm is due to impact the area. Moderate to heavy snow is expected in the mountains. Valleys, meanwhile, could experience moderate to heavy wet snow accumulations, but the timing is far from certain at this point. There is also the potential for several hours of rain. The weekend system could also bring strong winds with gusts to 45 mph.

7 Day Planning Forecst

Despite the variety of weather types, our temperatures will stay fairly steady in the upper 30s and lower 40s, which is about average.
