Washington state AG secures $7.6M for students deceived by for-profit school

Washington state's attorney general Bob Ferguson announced that more than 3,000 Washington residents will receive over $7.6 million from Career Education Corporation (CEC) in student debt relief. The corporation, which is a for-profit education company, misled prospective students using "deceptive practices."
