UPDATE: WSP has identified the man who died in the crash as 38-year-old Jason Cunningham of Spokane Valley, Wash. Cunningham and tractor-trailer were driving northbound on Highway 2, and Cunningham attempted to pass the tractor-trailer in a no-passing zone. Cunningham then hit another vehicle going suthbound head-on as he tried to pass.
