Suspect in hit & run arrested
SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane police arrested a 28 year old man early Saturday morning in connection to a serious hit and run that sent a person to the hospital Thursday morning.
Investigators were working off of still photos taken from surveillance video from the area of Second Avenue and Wall where the crash occurred.
