State of Emergency declared in Boundary County

BONNERS FERRY, Idaho — A State of Emergency was declared for Boundary County, Idaho on Monday, including the city of Bonners Ferry.
Severe weather brought 18 inches of snow since Sunday morning.
An emergency management official told KXLY4 that people are trapped in their homes and the snow load on buildings, hospitals and schools is threatening roofs.
