Spokane’s Japanese garden reopens for the season Monday
SPOKANE, Wash. — A popular attraction at Spokane’s Manito Park reopens for the season Monday.
Visitors can once again enjoy the Nishinomiya Tsutakawa Japanese Garden, according to an online announcement by Spokane Parks and Recreation. The park symbolizes the friendship Spokane has with Japanese sister city Nishinomiya, Japan.
The park is open daily from 8 a.m. until one half hour before dusk starting April 1 through October 31.
It is free to visit this South Hill park.
