Spokane Indians to play first season opener in more than a year on Tuesday

SPOKANE, Wash. — Baseball is officially back in Spokane!

On Tuesday, May 4th, the Spokane Indians will play the Eugene Emeralds at Avista Stadium for the season opener at 6:30 p.m.

The Spokane Indians are entering their first season as the High-A affiliate of the Colorado Rockies and will be playing in the High-A West for the 2021 season.

The team is scheduled to play 120 games, with 60 of them played at Avista Stadium.

Under Phase 3, 1,750 people are allowed in capacity in the stadium.

Masks are required for guests older than 2 years of age and everyone will be seated in pods that are six feet apart.

Tickets will be sold online all season long and tickets for May games are officially on sale.
