SPOKANE, Wash. — The Spokane Arena vaccination site will soon begin using the Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine instead of Moderna’s.

The change will start on Saturday, May 15.

The site has been offering the Moderna vaccine for several months and those who have received their first dose at the site will still be able to get their second dose. The switch to the J&J vaccine only affects those initiating vaccination from Saturday forward.

Those going for a second dose appointment will need their immunization card in order to get it.

You can find out how to make an appointment here.
