Silver Mountain to reopen for encore day Saturday
KELLOGG, Idaho — Surprise! Silver Mountain Resort announced Monday that it will reopen for skiing and snowboarding in an encore day on Saturday, April 28.
The announcement comes after Silver had said April 21-22 would be its final weekend of the winter season.
In a Facebook post, marketing coordinator Willy Bartlett said, “Conditions are so great. We’ve got so much snow. And we’re still skiing just about everything still.”
“Get your sunscreen and come up and have some fun with us!”
You can save money by buying your tickets in advance at Silver’s website.
Bartlett also said the resort hopes to be open for mountain biking in about five weeks.
