Silver Lake Mall Macy’s reopening for curbside pick-up Monday

COEUR D’ALENE, Idaho — The Macy’s at Silver Lake Mall in Coeur d’Alene will begin offering curbside pick-up on Monday.

The store will be open to the public from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. offering contact-free assistance.

“We are ready to welcome our customers back to Macy’s Coeur d’Alene Silver Lake,” said Marc Mastronardi, chief stores officer at Macy’s. “We’re introducing new precautions to keep your family and ours safe and are now offering curbside pick-up to make getting what you want quick and easy. Our teams have come together and supported each other and our communities throughout this challenging time, and we look forward to safely serving our customers whenever they are ready to shop.”

Curbside retail has been allowed to reopen during Phase 1 of Idaho’s reopening. In Washington, Governor Jay Inslee recently announced guidelines to follow similar steps to reopen some retail shops. Macy’s has not yet announced the reopening of their NorthTown or Spokane Valley Mall locations.
