Sign-up for cooking classes at Wanderlust Delicato

SPOKANE, Wash. — Wanderlust Delicato on West Main is a hub for wine, cheese and charcuterie.

They opened their doors in late summer and have been continuing to grow their menu and services ever since. Their cooking class kitchen is open and lessons with local chefs continue to sell out within hours of going live.

Need a date idea for Valentine’s Day? A reason to get the family out of the house for an activity together? Want to learn how to make some of your favorite dishes from local chefs? Wanderlust Delicato is the place. The calendar ahead includes an impressive line-up, with local foodies teaching you to make seafood bisque and sourdough rolls. You can learn more about the menu you’ll be making and sign up here.

You might be wondering how, so soon after opening, owner Amber Park can create such a special line-up. Park has been involved in the culinary scene in Spokane for decades and considers many local chefs and foodies close friends. She also loves to travel and has brought some of her favorite foods and drinks to her downtown space. For some of the products the only other way to find them is by traveling to the countries they were made in! She encourages all customers to pull up a chair and chat wine and cheese with her. Her charcuterie plates and trays can be enjoyed with friends inside or brought home for a party.

Visit Wanderlust Delicato at 421 West Main Avenue, Suite 103.
