The Spokane County Library District wants to get you stocked up!

SCLD is holding a $5 “Fill-the-Bag” book sale at all of its locations on Saturday, May 21.

The one-day sale will offer gently used books, CDs and DVDs. You’ll be able to find reads (and listens) for the whole family!

All you have to do is show up to your nearest branch, purchase a reusable tote bag for $5 and then fill it to the brim!

All purchases from the sale will go directly back to SCLD libraries.

The first book sale was in December 2021.

Here are some examples of what you could find at the May sale:
  • Nonfiction, self-help, memoirs, and autobiographies
  • Contemporary fiction, westerns, romance, fantasy, and science fiction
  • Children’s books and YA fiction and nonfiction
  • Music CDs and DVDs of movies and TV shows

Check your nearest library’s open hours from the Spokane County Library District locations web page.

Want even more books? You can buy two totes to fill up. Or you can bring your tote back to any of the county libraries during this one-day sale, pay another $5, and fill it up a second time!
