Shining Star Senior Night: honoring Fleming and Trejo

SPOKANE, Wash. — Another day without high school sports means another day our Senior student-athletes are missing out on making life-long memories with their friends.  We continue to honor their hard work and try to provide them some sort of closure by giving them their own Senior Night moment.

Zach Fleming, Ferris, Soccer

Zach is a key part of the Ferris football and basketball teams and this year made the varsity soccer team after not playing since he was in middle school.  However he never got a chance to play with the shutdown of all Spring sports.  Zach is described as smart, funny, athletic, a good friend, and bound to go far in life.  Zach will attend Washington State University next year and study to go into the medical field.

Baylee Trejo, West Valley, Soccer

Baylee has played soccer since she was four years old and plays for West Valley, and the Sounders.  A family member said she is very driven and a beautiful person inside and out.  She is an inspiration for her family.

Congrats to all of our Senior’s in the class of 2020, we are thinking of all of you.
