Several resorts open for season

Skiers and Snowboarders officially hit the slopes on Friday as several mountain resorts opened for the season.

Schweitzer, Sliver Mountain, 49 Degrees North, and Mt. Spokane officially opened on Friday.

Both Silver Mountain and 49 Degrees North are reporting good conditions with most or all of their trails open.

Mt. Spokane has opened most of their runs, but they are warning skiers and snowboarders that there may be some hazards on the trails because the snow is thin in places.

Lookout Pass is currently open to skiers and snowboarders. It was the first mountain in the inland northwest to open for the season.
