Server who was groped by customer slams him into wall, calls cops

White supremacist pleads guilty to killing black man with sword

A server who was groped by a man while she was working at a Georgia restaurant grabbed him by his collar and slammed him into a wall, prompting his arrest.

The assault took place at Vinnie Van Go-Go’s June 30. Surveillance video–that has since gone viral–from the restaurant shows Ryan Cherwinski, 31, reaching out to grope Emelia Holden as he walked behind her. When authorities arrived, Holden told them what happened, and Cherwinski was taken into custody.

“I took the guy down and had my co-workers call the police,” Holden told The Daily Mail. “As soon as the cops saw the footage, they immediately arrested the man. He sat in jail until Monday, so in my opinion, he got what he deserved.”

Cherwinski was charged with sexual battery.
