Search continues for missing Shoshone County man
WALLACE, Idaho — The search for a missing Shoshone County man continues but so far there has been no sign of 69-year-old Lionel Harding-Thomas.
Shoshone County Sheriff’s Office personnel, along with several other Shoshone County residents, have been conducting ground searches along the waterway while volunteers utilized a raft to drift down the waterway from Big Creek to Cataldo.
The Idaho Department of Lands assisted in the search effort with drone footage while the Osburn Police Chief, Darell Braaten, has also assisted in the search by utilizing his drone in the focus areas.
Harding-Thomas was last seen around 11:00 p.m. Friday, April 27 in the area of Elizabeth Park. He suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and has a hard time getting around without a wheelchair.
Prior to moving to north Idaho Harding-Thomas was a counselor for Spokane Public Schools.
