Scheduled power outage to affect some Nespelem Valley Electric customers

OKANOGAN CO., Wash. — Nespelem Valley Electric customers should be prepared for a long power outage on Friday.

The scheduled power outage will last from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and will only affect the town of Nespelem.

Power will be down to allow Bonneville Power Administration to conduct line maintenance.

People who use medical equipment that requires power will need to make provisions during the outage.
