Salvation Army Spokane breaks ground on new emergency foster care center for at risk youth
SPOKANE, Wash. — The Salvation Army broke ground this week on Evangeline’s House, an extension of the only emergency foster care center in the Spokane-area called Sally’s House.
This new foster care facility will serve at risk youth ages 10 to 20 for up to 30 days. It promises to be a nurturing environment for all who walk through the door.
It will open in July.
