SPOKANE, Wash. – The Spokane City Council announced a student at Sacajawea Middle School as the winner of the Wastewater Access cover art contest.

Announced back in December, the competition invited all children 18 and under in Spokane to submit designs that would grace access covers for the next five years.

In total, the city received 280 entries from kids across the city.
