Roxanna Elaine Traicoff (71) longtime resident of St. Maries, ID passed away at her home on June 17, 2022.  She was born to Paul and Gladys (Mullendore) Koshney on November 20, 1950, in Greybull, WY.  Roxy grew up on her family’s property up Hells Gulch.  She attended schools in St. Maries.  On March 13, 1969, Roxy married Charles Allen, and the couple had 2 daughters, Corrina and Shannan.  Tragically, Charles was killed in a logging accident.  She then married Furman Reep on October 21, 1973, and the couple had 2 sons, Rob and Furman.  Sadly, tragedy struck again when Furman was killed in an automobile accident.  Roxy was fortunate enough to find love again when she met Ron Traicoff.  The couple married on April 7, 1996, and although they were grown, he took her kids in and treated them as his own.

Roxy worked as a bartender for many years at the Korner Klub.  Having a passion for helping people, she also volunteered as an EMT for several years in the 1980’s.  She also worked other jobs such as flagging and running equipment for the State of Idaho, and briefly working for Idaho Fish and Game.  She enjoyed crochet and making blankets.  She also enjoyed crosswords, cribbage, camping, fishing, and gardening as she was very talented with a green thumb.  Roxy had so much love in her heart, she will be remembered for treating everyone so kind and for pulling practical jokes filling her home with a lot of laughter.  Family meant everything to her, and as her family grew, she especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Roxy is survived by her husband Ron at their home in St. Maries; children Corrina (Lance) Cordle of St. Maries, Shannan Derry of St. Maries, Robert (Meloni) Reep of St. Maries, Furman Reep of St. Maries, and Phillip Reep of North Carolina; sister Rosemary Koshney of St. Maries; 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her former husbands, her parents, and her sisters Nancy Koshney and Susan Hills.

Services will be planned at a later date.
