Roe v. Wade protests take place in Riverfront Park
SPOKANE, Wash. — Roe v Wade protests took place in Riverfront Park during the Independence Day celebration on Monday.
Multiple people gathered near the pavilion to protest the recent overturning of Roe v. Wade.
Protesters held signs and chanted as people were walking by, saying “My Body My Choice” and “Silence is compliance,” among other chants.
Protests ended around the time of the fireworks show in downtown Spokane.
