Roads reopen in Coeur d’Alene River Ranger District
COEUR D'ALENE, Idaho — The Idaho Panhandle National Forests has rescinded the roads, trails and area closure for the Rampike Fire on the Coeur d’Alene River Ranger District.
Repair work associated with fire suppression activities will be occurring in upcoming months, weather permitting.
Although the area is now open to the public, officials say there are always potential hazards in burned areas and visitors are advised to be very careful.
Visitors should also be aware that heavy equipment maybe encountered as repair activities occur and delays should be expected.
