Riverfront Park’s South Suspension Bridge closed for inspection, minor repairs

SPOKANE, Wash. – The South Suspension Bridge in Riverfront Park is temporarily closed. 

Crews are inspecting the bridge and completing some minor repairs. 

A detour is in place along the Howard Street Promenade/blue bridge. 

The length of the closure will be dependent on its inspection.
