Riverfront Eats brings new food truck tradition to Spokane
SPOKANE, Wash. — Spokane has another food truck tradition.
Every Tuesday this summer, you can find a rotating group of food trucks on the new south portion of the Howard Street Bridge.
“Today was about getting the worker bees out of the buildings and downtown residents out to enjoy the Park during lunchtime,” said Amy Lindsey, an event organizer with Riverfront Park. “I think it was a success.”
Riverfront Park hopes to reinvest the profit from “Riverfront Eats” on Tuesdays into future free events in the Park.
