River Rock Taphouse in downtown Spokane closes its doors for good
SPOKANE, Wash. — Another local restaurant is closing its doors for good.
The owners of River Rock Taphouse in downtown Spokane announced the restaurant’s permanent closure in a post on Facebook.
“Denise and I, and our staff, worked very hard to make River Rock a success. Various factors played a part in our decision, including the extended closure due to COVID-19,” owner Mike Magee said.
The news of River Rock’s closure comes shortly after two other downtown businesses announced their permanent closures. Tomato Street shut down its location at River Park Square and Rocky Rococo announced they would be closing after 35 years in business.
