Residents of homeless camp in front of Spokane City Hall must vacate property
SPOKANE, Wash. — Residents of Camp Hope, a makeshift homeless camp outside of Spokane City Hall, have been given a 48-hour notice to vacate the property.
Spokane Police officers are giving notice to those camping that they must be off the property by Saturday.
Members of Spokane’s homeless population and community activists have been camped in front of City Hall for two weeks protesting the city’s lack of warming shelters available.
