Raid nets $100k in stolen property
SPOKANE, Wash. — Detectives with the Spokane Valley Investigative Unit recovered $100,000 worth of stolen property last weekend while executing a search warrant on a duplex at the 100 block of East Mission.
The recovered property filled four pickup trucks and two SUVs. Detectives also seized a handgun, 80 rounds of ammunition, a counterfeit $100 bill, heroin, meth, and 25 pounds of harvested marijuana.
Detectives found probable cause to search the duplex after raiding two homes last week – three people were arrested and two stolen trailers, worth $35,000 were recovered.
No arrests were made at the duplex on East Mission but detectives anticipate several charges/arrests as the investigation continues.
