Public vigil for Tyler Hilinski announced
PULLMAN, Wash. — A public vigil will be held Friday evening for Tyler Hilinski, the Washington State quarterback who tragically took his own life Tuesday.
The public vigil will begin at 7 p.m. in front of the Cougar Pride statue outside of Martin Stadium on Washington State’s campus.
ASWSU President Jordan Frost announced on Twitter that ASWSU (Associate Students of Washington State University) will provide candles to the first 4,000 people. Cards will also be available to sign and will be sent to the Hilinski family.
