Project Beauty Share launches first-ever national campaign
SPOKANE, Wash.- — Project Beauty Share is a local non-profit that provides women in need with hygiene essentials and beauty products.
Thursday, they are launching their first-ever national campaign called “Beauty Wishes.”
It comes after years of receiving letters and donations from people around the country, who say they wish they had an organization like Project Beauty Share in their area.
Shelters in five different cities including New York and Chicago will receive a huge delivery of products from brands like Tampax and Garnier.
People can vote for the shelter in their favorite city, to further their mission serving women who are in need. Voting begins at 6pm PST, Thursday, March 15 and ends March 29.
The non-profit has been working with Youtube video blogging sensation ThaTaylaa to get the word out and will be selling t-shirts. The money from those sales will go towards the grand prize.
