Prepare for soggy soccer fields and high mountain snow this Saturday – Katerina
SPOKANE, Wash. – It was a gorgeous Friday across the region with sunny skies and temps in the 50s and 60s. I hope everyone enjoyed it, because we have wet weather on the way for our Saturday!
When I say wet weather, I mean a lot of it! That rain could start coming down as early as 8 a.m. and should continue throughout the rest of the day. Most places could see up to half an inch of rain! We’re also expecting high mountain snow, with up to 5″ along Sherman Pass. Be prepared for a slick commute.
Our temperatures will also drop dramatically. Our high will reach just 51 degrees in Spokane tomorrow. That rain could also stick around into the start of our work week. We’ll slowly start to warm up, gradually making our way up to 74 degrees by next Friday!
