Police working to find suspect in downtown stabbing
A man was stabbed just before 1 a.m. Sunday morning in downtown Spokane near Sprague and Washington. Spokane Police are working to find the suspect.
Spokane Fire and AMR paramedics treated the victim after police found him in a parking lot on the southwest corner of the intersection. He was taken to a local hospital and police believe his injuries are not life-threatening.
Police say the altercation may have started in the 400 block of West Sprague. Spokane Police say the department is working to gather information about the suspect. Anyone with information about the events leading up to the stabbing or the stabbing itself are asked to call Crime Check at 509-456-2233.
