Police seek information on armed robbery of Exxon station

Spokane Police are investigating an armed robbery at a gas station and are seeking any information from the public on the incident.

Around 6:38 p.m. Wednesday evening, a male entered the Exxon gas station at the corner of N. Freya and E. Alki. The man displayed a handgun and demanded money from the clerk. The clerks fled and robber grabbed items from behind the store’s counter. The man then fled the scene on foot.

Arriving officers set up a perimeter and a K9 track was conducted, but the suspect was not find. However, several items belonging to the suspect were recovered.

No one was injured in this incident and Spokane Police wants to remind everyone that property can be replaced, but lives are irreplaceable.
