Palouse Basin Water Summit to inform residents on water use
PULLMAN, Wash. — The 11th Palouse Basin Water Summit will be held on Thursday, October 1, from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the SEL Event Center in Pullman, Washington. The annual event is designed to facilitate community dialogue about water, and will provide information about how the Palouse communities manage this important resource. The event is free and open to the public.
Attendees will enjoy an entertaining and enlightening surprise presentation on the biggest direct use of water in our homes! Attendees can sign up to win a “Water-wise Landscaping Makeover” valued at over $1,000 and a chance to win a low-flow toilet.
Award-winning journalist Stephen Leahy will be at the event to share his insights on the hidden water we consume daily.
