One driver injured after colliding with school bus north of Riverfront Park; no children hurt
SPOKANE, Wash. — A school bus carrying young children collided with a Subaru at the intersection of N. Washington St. and W. North River Dr. Tuesday morning.
The collision then threw the Subaru into a nearby Mazda. The driver of the Mazda was taken to the hospital. The extent of the driver’s injuries is unknown.
There were between 8 and 10 children on the bus and all were uninjured.

Those children were loaded onto another bus and taken to school.
N. Washington St. was blocked for nearly an hour, but reopened just before 9:30 a.m.
