Northern Quest Resort & Casino to continue expanding, invites public to celebrate with them
SPOKANE, Wash. — These days at Northern Quest Resort and Casino, you don’t have to enjoy gambling to have a great time!
The Kalispel Tribe of Indians has been adding new attractions, restaurants and activities in an effort to be a campus enjoyed by all ages.
On Good Morning Northwest, Northern Quest showed our crew the new “grab and go” food options like Qdoba, Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasters and Ben and Jerry’s.
They’ve also added a store called “Windfall.” The store aims to be a one-stop shop to meet all of your needs. They’ve got a clothing section, food items, jewelry counters, fishing and camping gear, as well as plenty of items made in the Northwest for visitors to bring back home to their families.
M&D Movie and Dinner opened last week and features 8 theaters playing the top films in the country. Guests are able to order off of a “dark” menu at the theater filled with foods that won’t take you away from the picture on the screen. Yes, popcorn, candy and soda are still available. Outside of the theaters is a bar and restaurant with a separate menu.
Their five-month old Kid Quest area is placed right in the center of it all. Kid Quest gives children the opportunity to have fun while parents gamble or enjoy dinner. The center is for kids twelve and under and boasts a monstrous slide, karaoke stage, snack bar, basketball court and crafts. Each child is $11 per hour.
Next door is Cyber Quest, an area for all ages that opened at the same time as Kids Quest. Cyber Quest is an arcade with all family-friendly games.
Thursday at 5pm, Northern Quest Resort and Casino will announce further expansion plans at a space above the Windfall store.
If you’d like to check out the latest editions, Northern Quest Resort and Casino will be hosting a “Questival” on Friday, October 12th from 5pm to 9pm and Saturday, October 13th from 11am to 5pm.
Both days will feature open houses of Kids Quest and Cyber Quest, activities for kids, giveaways at Windfall and M&D, live music and Native American crafts and dancers.
Friday, Penn and Teller will hold a meet and greet at 5pm.
