Swing into library for some hot jazz

SPOKANE, Wash. - Spokane County Library District celebrates its 75th anniversary with live music from Hot Club of Spokane on Thursday, November 30, 7–8:30pm at Spokane Valley Library.

Everyone is invited to listen and dance to music from the era when the library was established and enjoy refreshments, including cake, as we look back over the years and celebrate the legacy of the Library District in the community. The celebration is free and open to the public.

The Friends of the Spokane County Library District will have copies of Spokane Writes, the local, community anthology, available for purchase at the celebration. The anthology commemorates the 75th anniversary of the Spokane County Library District by celebrating and publishing local writers from ages 6 to 90.
